Why is it important for health and wellness professionals to develop psychologically, spiritually and physically? It is important for health and wellness professionals to develop psychologically, spiritually and physically because they will be successful in integral health treating the body as a whole and when you learn through personal experience of your own you will know how to better understand, connect with and treat your patients and community of any problems that may occur within their life. What areas do you need to develop to achieve the goals you have for yourself? I believe that my weakest point is psychologically have a lot of issues that I have to deal with within myself that I believe tend to affect the success of the healthiness of my body.

Spiritually I am healthy as well because I have complete faith within my religion, but psychologically I am slipping a bit and need help in that area. I keep a journal of my day to day activities that affect me physically, psychological, and spiritually. The strategies that I use are staying positive and to keep motivating myself.
